East Whittier School District:

East Whittier City School District is a local school district in our community with a large population of their students identifying as low-income, with more than half the district’s students on subsidized lunches. EWCSD will be hosting Christmas events throughout the district to help support our students that have been identified as Homeless or are in the Foster Care system. With the toys provided by Crossway, we will be able to invite over 250 students to participate in these events. The positive impact will be felt by these students by not only receiving a toy for Christmas but also knowing that people care for them.

Serve the people food pantry is a local organization that provides a free grocery bag of food along with fresh vegetables and fruits to each household. The organization’s mission is to provide the physical, mental, emotional and mentoring needs of the poor, children, sick, needy, uneducated, oppressed and lost people. To serve people regardless of religion, ethnicity, race or gender with love, compassion and generosity.
