I am so excited for our next series of sermons titled “Walking with God.” We will go through the book of James together this spring quarter. This metaphor of “walking” in the Bible implies a daily life acknowledging God in faith and obedience. Many of us have heard much and accumulated much knowledge over the years. This is the exact type of person James is writing to. He challenges the reader to be “doers of the word, and not hearers only (James 1:22).”   I pray that God will speak to us through this study of James and that we will walk closer to our Lord this season.
