Vision:

Our goal at Crossway Youth is to provide an open atmosphere where students can know that they they matter, where students can be seen & heard, & where they can be honest and equipped for the work & ministry Christ has prepared for them. We believe the best way to do this is to have students be the primary leaders and proponents of our youth ministry, where they are the ones taking ownership. Here's a bit more info on the heart and vision of our youth ministry here at Crossway:

Crossway Youth Ministry: Learning what it means to live out the Gospel of God, as the family of God, to the glory of God.

Overview: This is a student ministry seeking to cultivate disciples of Jesus among junior high and high school students (6th-12th grade) from all backgrounds and upbringings.

Vision: The vision of Crossroads Youth Ministry is to help foster students into being lifelong disciples of Jesus, whose foundation is built on the gospel of Jesus Christ, and His invitation to live life in light of all that He accomplished on the cross. It is our conviction that the gospel isn’t a “one and done” transaction or decision, but a continual posturing of our lives to believe in Christ’s justifying work and to walk in the fullness of what it has freed us up for. Our prayer is that this Jesus-bought access to God, and all the freedom and life that comes from knowing and following Him, would so compel and stir in our youth that they can't help but see the world and their lives in it through this lens of Christ “making all things new”. Our hope is that our students would develop compassion for our fallen world, and the courage and faith that through them, their schools and communities would be set free to a better way of life. This is our vision, hope, and prayer, to glorify God in youth ministry by helping develop students into disciples of Jesus, students who look to serve their schools and communities, out of a place of worship and love to the God who sets them free.

Mission: We exist to cultivate followers of Jesus who love Him, His Church, His Mission, and His Glory.
